Malus x domestica 'Spartan'

The 'Spartan' produces a generous crop of small, plum-colored apples that are crisp and sweet. They ripen in early October and are great for both juicing and eating. This variety averages at 10-15' tall and 8-10' wide and will benefit from having other pollinating varieties in the area.

Malus x domestica 'Esopus Spitzenburg'

The 'Spitzenburg' produces a juicy, spicy flavored fruit that ripens in early October. They have pinkish-white flowers that appear in April and generally average at 8-12' tall and 4-6' wide. They require a pollinator, and pair well with the 'Red Fuji' variety.

Malus domestica 'Tangy Green' Columnar

This semi-dwarf variety is ideal for small garden spaces and even patio gardening. The 'Tangy Green' produces an apple with a crisp, tart flavor that will ripen in mid-September. They get 8-10' tall and 1-2 feet wide. Will bear fruit within first two years of planting if combined with a pollinator, such as their sister variety, the 'Tasty Red'.

The apples on the 'Golden Sentinel' tree are firm and sweet, and they are perfect for cider, baking and eating. It grows to be 10-12' tall and about 2' wide. Does well when paired with its sister variety, the 'Scarlet Sentinel'.

The 'Flavor Delight' aprium is 75% apricot and 25% plum, producing a fruit that is just the right mix of sweet and tangy. These apriums are great for jams, cobblers and fresh eating. Fruits will ripen in mid-July and produce most abundant crop when cross-pollinated. Dwarf variety will average 10-15' tall and wide and can be maintained with pruning.

Asimina triloba

The PawPaw tree is a native of the Eastern U.S. and can grow from 15-30' tall and wide. It produces a mildly sweet, yellow-greenish fruit in mid-late summer that is great for raw eating and baking.
