Calycanthus 'Aphrodite' PP24,014

Aphrodite' sweetshrub is a popular variety for potpurri making, due to its richly fragrant flowers that emit a spicy scent when crushed. Its large, magenta blooms are tinged with white in the center and persist from summer into fall. It will grow 4-6' tall and wide.

Prunus cerasus 'Romeo'

The 'Romeo' explodes with showy, white, fragrant flowers in the spring, and is later covered in dark, purple-red berries in the summer. These berries have a high sugar level, creating the perfect sweet-tart cherry flavor, great for cooking, canning, jellies and jams. Grows 6-8' tall and 4-6' wide.

The variegated red twig dogwood has beautiful foliage that is accented with creamy-white margins. It keeps a neat, bushy habit, growing 6-8' tall and 4-6' wide. Vibrant red twigs are exposed in the winter.

The 'Summer Gold' variety is known for its bright green foliage that is variegated with yellow margins. Foliage turns brilliant red with yellow-orange margins in the fall. This small tree will slowly reach 8-10' tall and 4-6' wide, but has been known to reach 15' tall and wide when planted in ideal conditions. Creamy white flowers emerge in the spring.

The 'Summer Fun' dogwood has variegated foliage that emerges with pinkish-white margins. In fall, foliage changes to orange-red with pink margins. White flowers in spring. Grows 8-12' tall and 4-6' wide.

The 'Winecraft Black' variety is a striking, mid-sized smoke bush with rich puprle foliage and burgundy-red flowers that resemble plooms of smoke. The 'Azurri Blue Satin' produces a large, powder-blue flower with a vibrant, burgundy-purple center. It will reach 8-12' tall and 4-6' wide at maturity and is quite striking when in bloom.
