Vaccinium corymbosum 'MNPink1'

The 'Pink Popcorn' variety produces creamy pink berries that darken as they ripen. Berries are firm and sweet. This variety grows 4-5' tall and wide and is one of the few blueberry varieties that can handle zone 4 climate. With white flowers emerging in spring and orange-red foliage in the fall, this plant has year round interest.

Raspberry-red blooms have soft edges. This variety will reach 10-12' tall and 8-10' wide at maturity.

The 'Avondale' redbud produces vibrant, fuschia blooms in the early spring before its foliage emerges, creating a beautiful display of color. It will reach 10-12' tall and wide at maturity.

Prunus x 'Regina'

The 'Regina' produces fruit that is sweet-tart when picked red and incredibly sweet when left to ripen and turn deep purple. Fruit has a distinctive cherry flavor and will ripen in late-June. This variety needs to be planted with other sweet-cherry varieties, like 'Celeste' and 'Stardust'. Will average 8-10' tall and wide.

Prunus fruticosa x Prunus cerasus 'Carmine Jewel'

The 'Carmine Jewel' is a dwarf, shrub-like variety that will grow 6-8' tall and 4-6' side. Cherries are dark red with a small pit and their combination of sweet and tart flavor makes them great for pies, juicing and fresh eating. This variety is extremely cold-hardy and produces consistently heavy yeilds, especially when planted in multiples. Fruit will ripen in mid-late August.

Prunus cerasus 'Romeo'

The 'Romeo' explodes with showy, white, fragrant flowers in the spring, and is later covered in dark, purple-red berries in the summer. These berries have a high sugar level, creating the perfect sweet-tart cherry flavor, great for cooking, canning, jellies and jams. Grows 6-8' tall and 4-6' wide.

Ficus carica 'Lattarula'

Lattarula' figs are a type of Italian honey fig. These fruits have a sweet, amber flesh and are great for fresh eating, drying and canning. They produce one crop in late-July and one in mid-September. They will average at 8-10' tall and 6-8' wide.

Ficus carica 'MAJOAM'

This compact variety grows 4-6' tall and 3-4' wide and is great for container gardening. 'Little Miss Figgy' produces dark purple fruits with sweet, rich amber flesh. This variety gives a consistent, abundant crop and can even continue fruit production when brought inside for the winter.

Ficus carica 'Violet de Bordeaux'

The 'Violet De Bordeaux' is known to be one of the best tasting fig varieties. It produces a fragrance, sweet, rich fruit that can be enjoyed fresh or dried, and makes a delicious jam. It grows 6-10' tall and 4-6' wide and will bear fruit ripening mid-summer to early-fall.

Vitis hybrida 'Jupiter'

The 'Jupiter Blue' seedless variety grows 6-8' tall and wide and produces large clusters of reddish-blue grapes with a crisp texture and a mild, sweet flavor. This variety is hardy, disease resistant and easy to care for. Fruit ripens in late-August and will turn a deep blue when it's ready for harvesting.

Jasminum nudiflorum

This variety is admired for its long, willowing branches that are highlighted in late winter and early spring, when clusters of small, yellow blossoms appear. Can be used as a vine to cascade over a retaining wall or as a mounding groundcover on steep slopes. Will grow 10-15' tall and 4-6' wide.
