The 'Primavera' or "Conventional" almond is a late blooming, early producing variety. It consistently produces crops of sweet, soft-shelled nuts that are easily harvested and shelled. Quickly reaches anywhere from 15-30' tall and wide. Will need other varieties planted nearby for cross-pollination.
The 'Flavor Delight' aprium is 75% apricot and 25% plum, producing a fruit that is just the right mix of sweet and tangy. These apriums are great for jams, cobblers and fresh eating. Fruits will ripen in mid-July and produce most abundant crop when cross-pollinated. Dwarf variety will average 10-15' tall and wide and can be maintained with pruning.
The 'Celeste' fig variety is one of the most popular fig trees, due to its sweet, rich fruit that is great for fresh eating and long term storage. It is self-pollinating and fruit crop will ripen in July. The 'Celeste' grows an average of 10-15' tall and wide and requires minimal pruning. This variety is generally quite hardy, but will require winter protection in certain climates.
The 'Flavortop' is a dwarf variety that produces stunning fruit with rich, red skin and sweet, yellow flesh. It bears abundantly large crops, and produces even higher yeilds when paired with other varieties. Mature height will be 12-15' tall and wide. Beatiful pink flowers emerging in early spring add seasonal interest.
The 'Flavor Supreme' pluot is a plum-apricot hybrid that combines all of the most delicious parts of each fruit. This dwarf variety will average at about 12-15' tall and wide. Juicy, rich fruit will ripen mid-June to early-July. It will bear more fruit when combined with other pluot varieties, as well as late-blooming plums, like the 'Santa Rosa' and 'Burgundy' varieties.
