The 'Bisbee' is a compact, dwarf variety, growing 3' tall and 4' wide. White, urn-shaped flowers emerge in April, completely covering the plant. New growth on glossy, green leaves is dark red when it first appears.
This variety of 'Black Pussy Willow' grows 6-10' tall and wide and keeps a bushy habit. It will benefit from being pruned back in late spring after blooms have disappeared. The rich, red winter stems are accented by soft, purple-black catkins that are the main ornamental feature of this plant. Branches will turn golden yellow as they age.
This low-growing evergreen provides multiple seasons of interest, with fragrant white flowers emerging in the spring and blackish-blue berries appearing in summer. This variety grows best in partial to full shade with organically rich, well-drained soil. Grows 1-2' tall and 2-4' wide.
