The 'Primavera' or "Conventional" almond is a late blooming, early producing variety. It consistently produces crops of sweet, soft-shelled nuts that are easily harvested and shelled. Quickly reaches anywhere from 15-30' tall and wide. Will need other varieties planted nearby for cross-pollination.
A compact, rounded shrub with bright green foliage, edged in golden yellow. This evergreen will reach 2' tall and wide at maturity. Very resistant to Boxwood blight.
This variety has a dense, upright growth habit and can reach 8-10' tall and 4-8' wide. It has shiny, dark green foliage that will persist through the winter. Great on its own or planted in masses.
Venus' has a broad, rounded growth habit, reaching 15-20' tall and wide at maturity. It produces massive clusters of large, true-white flowers in late spring that persist into summer.
The 'Chesapeake' holly has a dense, pyramidal growth habit and will reach 6-8' tall and 4-6' wide. Its leaves have a curved shape to them and are deep, glossy green. Clusters of black, ornamental berries will appear in the fall.
The 'Compacta' is often used for foundation planting and hedging due to its dense, globular shape that stays neat with little pruning. It will slowly reach 4-6' tall and wide. Produces ornamental black berries in the fall that persist into winter.
The 'Koehneana' holly is prized for its glossy green leaves and abundant clusters of red berries that persist through the winter. This variety is densely branches and has a pyramidal shape, reaching 20-25' tall and 12-15' wide. The 'Koehneana' is particularly optimal for screening purposes.
The 'Nellie Stevens' holly is a popular variety that is often used to create large hedges and screens. It will quickly reach 15-25' tall and 10-15' wide. When planted with a male Chinese holly, it will produce large, orange-red berries that persist through the winter.
This cold-hardy variety produces an abundant crop of firm, crunchy pecans that are great for fresh eating and baking. Fruit will ripen in October and is known to ripen quicker than most other pecan varieties. Will grow 20-30' tall and 15-25' wide.
The 'Flavor Supreme' pluot is a plum-apricot hybrid that combines all of the most delicious parts of each fruit. This dwarf variety will average at about 12-15' tall and wide. Juicy, rich fruit will ripen mid-June to early-July. It will bear more fruit when combined with other pluot varieties, as well as late-blooming plums, like the 'Santa Rosa' and 'Burgundy' varieties.
