Extremely low, compact shrub, growing 1' tall with a 3-4' wide. Covered with double white flowers in spring. Bright green leaves in arching branches turn burgundy in fall. Excellent as a low groundcover or in mixed borders.
The 'Kodiak Black' variety is prized for its dark, purple green foliage that turns almost black in the fall. Its foliage is accented by vibrant, yellow blooms that persist through the summer. Will grow 3-4' tall and wide.
