Malus x domestica 'Golden Sentinel'

This columnar variety produces beautiful white flowers in the spring, and bear golden yellow fruit that ripens in mid-September. The apples on the 'Golden Sentinel' tree are firm and sweet, and they are perfect for cider, baking and eating. It grows to be 10-12' tall and about 2' wide. Does well when paired with its sister variety, the 'Scarlet Sentinel'.

The 'Blenheim' variety is famous in California for its production of sweet, aromatic fruit that is great for canning and drying. Produces fruit that will ripen in mid-late July depending on the climate. Will average at 10-15' tall and wide, but pruning is suggested to maintain its smaller size. Great pollinator for other apricot varieties.

The 'Blackgold' is a semi-dwarf variety that produces delicious, crack-resistant, sweet cherries that are perfect for eating right off the tree. This variety is a great pollinator for other sweet cherry trees and produces consistently large crops of fruit. It will grow 12-15' tall and wide and fruit will ripen in mid-June.

The 'Juliet' is a dwarf, shrub-like variety that produces a large crop of deep-red cherries that have a deliciously sweet, yet richly complex, flavor. Its super sweet, yet mildly tart flavor makes these cherries perfect for baking, jams, ice cream fresh eating, and even freezing for later use. They will grow 5-8' tall and wide and fruit will ripen in mid-summer.

The 'Regina' produces fruit that is sweet-tart when picked red and incredibly sweet when left to ripen and turn deep purple. Fruit has a distinctive cherry flavor and will ripen in late-June. This variety needs to be planted with other sweet-cherry varieties, like 'Celeste' and 'Stardust'. Will average 8-10' tall and wide.

The 'Ulster Sweet' variety produces showy white flowers in the spring and sweet red cherries in the summer. Fruit is perfect for juicing, wine making and fresh eating. Will grow 10-12' tall and wide. 'Rainier' and 'Rynbrandt' make good pollinating partners.

Elderberry 'samdal' 2g

Plants are vigorous, producing long shoots from soil level one growing season and bearing fruit the next. These are removed after bearing and replaced by the current year's growth. This makes the plant easy to prune and manage as a bush. Large fruit clusters with good flavor ripen in August each year. Berries have very high anthocyanin content--very good for you! This is the more productive variety, but both varieties are required for cross pollination in a ratio of 1 Samyl : 5 Samdal.

Elderberry 'samyl'

This variety will provide good cross-pollination when paired with the Samdal variety. Samyl has particularly high-quality flowers.has a vigorous, bushy habit that is similar to Samdal, but not as dense. Plants are partially self fruitful, but planting two S. nigra cultivars will assure better fruit production for both.

The 'Concord' grape is an American classic. Sweet, purple grapes ripen in late-September and are ideal for making jams, jellies, grape juice and wine. This seeded variety will grow 15-20' long, but can be pruned to a more managable size if necessary. May need protection from harsh winter winds.

Pyrus communis 'Moonglow'

The 'Moonglow' produces large, red-blushed fruit with a soft, juicy texture. Harvest will ripen in mid-September and crop will be more abundant when this tree is paired with other pear varieties, like 'Bartlett' and 'Seckel'. Dwarf variety will get 8-10' tall and wide.
