This summer-bearing variety will produce juicy, mildly tart apples in early-mid August. It has showy pinkish-white flowers in the spring and averages at about 12-15' tall and wide. It bears a more abundant crop when pollinated by varieties like 'Red Delicious' and 'Honeycrisp'.
The 'Spitzenburg' produces a juicy, spicy flavored fruit that ripens in early October. They have pinkish-white flowers that appear in April and generally average at 8-12' tall and 4-6' wide. They require a pollinator, and pair well with the 'Red Fuji' variety.
The 'Blueray' produces large, firm berries with extra sweetness, making them great for fresh eating and baking. Fruit will ripen mid-July, and this variety will bear a larger crop when paired with other pollinators. Can get up to 6-8' tall and wide, but can be pruned in late winter to maintain a managable size. The 'Blueray' is a great pollinator for other varieties. Does best in organically rich soil.

Self-pollinating variety, but will benefit from being grouped with pollinators.
Tiny Wine' is a dwarf variety that will reach 3-4' tall and wide. The dark, bronze-maroon foliage keeps its luster through the seasons. Clusters of dainty, pinkish-white flowers bloom in late spring.
