This variety can handle full sun or part shade and does well in moist soils, making this a great option for foundation areas that retain water. Black berries will appear in fall and persist through winter when paired with a pollinator, such as the 'Nordic'.
Gem Box Inkberry. The 'Gem Box' is a dwarf variety that will reach 2-3' tall and wide. It is a great option for low hedging and container gardening. Evergreen foliage is dark green and keeps its luster through the seasons.
Eastern Red Cedar. The Eastern red cedar is a native variety that is admired for its dense, upright growth habit. It will reach 30-50' tall and 10-20' wide at maturity. Deer resistant and drought tolerant once established.
