Diospyros Kaki 'Fuyu'

The 'Fuyu' persimmon will produce bright orange fruit that ripens in late fall. Fruit is good for both cooking and eating fresh. Some varieties are self pollinating, but most require a male and a female to produce fruit. Will get 20-30' tall and wide.

The 'Methley' produces large clusters of sweet, purple-red plums that are great for fresh eating, cooking and preserves. This variety is a heavy producer and is quite disease resistant. Will get 10-12' tall and wide and fruit will ripen in mid-July. Fragrant white flowers emerge in early spring, adding seasonal interest.

The 'President' plum is popular among commercial growers due to its vigorous growth rate and heavy fruit production. This variety produces large clusters of dark blue fruit with a juicy, yellow fresh that are great for baking and preserving. Fruits will ripen in mid-August. Semi-dwarf variety gets 10-12' tall and wide. Dwarf will reach 6-8' tall and wide.

The 'Shiro' produces large clusters of bright yellow plums with a juicy, rich flesh. This variety is a heavy producer, with fruit ripening late-July through mid-August. This variety reaches 12-15' tall and wide, but can be pruned to maintain a smaller size. Does well when pollinated by other varieties, like the 'Redheart' and 'Methley'.

This dwarf variety produces golden yellow, egg-shaped plums. These plums are generally used for cooking, but their delicious honey flavor and tangy skin make them great for canning, jamming and fresh eating. This variety gets 8-10' tall and wide.

Prunus 'Flavor Supreme'

The 'Flavor Supreme' pluot is a plum-apricot hybrid that combines all of the most delicious parts of each fruit. This dwarf variety will average at about 12-15' tall and wide. Juicy, rich fruit will ripen mid-June to early-July. It will bear more fruit when combined with other pluot varieties, as well as late-blooming plums, like the 'Santa Rosa' and 'Burgundy' varieties.

The 'New Dawn' rose is a prolific rebloomer, producing blush-pink blooms late into fall. Sweetly fragrant. Will reach 10-15' tall and 6-10' wide at maturity.

Syringa patula 'Miss Kim'

Miss Kim' has lavender to ice blue, sweetly fragrant flowers that bloom during summer, attracting hummingbirds and butterflies. It has dark green leaves that turn burgundy in the fall. Slowly reaches 6-8' tall and wide.

Viburnum carlesii

This variety will slowly reach 4-6' tall and wide. It produces large clusters of spicy-scented, waxy pink flowers that fade to white. Bright red berries fade to black in fall. Foliage turns burgundy in autumn.

Viburnum x 'Nantucket'

Abundant clusters of white flowers bloom against dark-green foliage. 'Nantucket' has an open, upright habit, reaching 8-12' tall and 6-8' wide.

Shoal Creek' produces wonderful, large, lavender blooms that attract a variety of beneficial pollinators. It will reach 10-15' tall and wide, taking on a broad, tree-like habit.
