This columnar variety produces beautiful white flowers in the spring, and bear golden yellow fruit that ripens in mid-September. The apples on the 'Golden Sentinel' tree are firm and sweet, and they are perfect for cider, baking and eating. It grows to be 10-12' tall and about 2' wide. Does well when paired with its sister variety, the 'Scarlet Sentinel'.
The 'Blenheim' variety is famous in California for its production of sweet, aromatic fruit that is great for canning and drying.
