The 'Swamp Hobbit' is a low-growing, shade tolerant evergreen that was discovered in Florida and was praised for its unique features. It has a spreading, mounding habit and will grow 2' tall and 4' wide. It does best in wet soils and can withstand a good bit of shade. Small, red flowers will appear in mid-spring, adding contrast against the deep green foliage. Deer resistant.
Fire N Ice' is prized for its variegated foliage that emerges yellow and red in the spring and ages to dark green with white margins. White, bell-shaped flowers cover the plant in mid-spring. Will reach 4-5' tall and wide at maturity.
